Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed before our 2:00 PM (PST) cut-off time will begin processing the same day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. The total delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time to the transit time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's portal.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Hot Posters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@myhotposters.com with photos of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement.
